Score course at Beacon Hill - mass start. First score course for yonks. Managed the win in Men’s C with 220 points in 40 mins.

Parramatta River from weir through bat country to Female Factory return via new Wanderers stadium. Overheating in 35deg.

Started late. Lacked motivation on all the dead track running. Got an attack of the CBFs to 6. Couldn’t make sense of the map towards the end. Old mate between 18-19 had already built a fence by the time I got there.
