Long Sprint -still not making sense of 3D controls. Too many things to look at. More frustrating than anything. Lost my puff about 16. Still good to explore a new area.

A rare swim in the surf at Maroubra. Felt so good! ..except for the annoying call to swim bewteen the flags. I’m Tasmanian mate..there are no flags!

Long. Struggled a bit coming back up the hill. Took a stack on the bush track landed flat in my back.
