Found this course a bit repetitive. Mona Vale is a new area for me. Traffic is a nightmare up there.

Probably should have pushed a bit harder but lacking energy after waiting for bloke to come and pick up the car I sold him last week for most of the day. Fell for the trick at 24..and 28. Got beaten by some oldies.

Mis punch on 7. Went to wrong park bench.

Short course with Miya. Miya getting better at picking routes. Very fast on some legs. Other legs just walking because it’s too hot.

Started off cautious then just ran as fast as I could until 12. Went 12-14 straight past 13, so mp. My route choice from 15-16 took me over a cliff.

16 mins 15-16. Just could not read the multi-level map at all. Wasn’t sure if there were extra levels. Took ages to realise there was another building.
