Orienteering 1:20:30 [3]

Day 5 chasing start
Same physical plan as yesterday, but now we are in a very technical forest. The orienteering was very fun and guess some people got lost as I managed to climb quite a lot of places without seeing anyone

Run -- Trail 23:00 [2]

With louise
Feeling really tired
11 AM

Note

Rang toni before I started
Felt unmotivated and didn't want to run, felt tired and if I was honest I knew I needed rest but needed someone else to tell me.
He said it was obvious I was overly fatigued and that it just hasn't gone my way this week. Take it easy until I get back home then try and recover
12 PM

Run -- Trail 6:00 [2]

To the ski lift

Orienteering 1:22:00 [3]

Day 4
Taking it easy, jogging and walking the up hills staying well below threshold.
Got caught by Joakim berg at the start of the long 1800m leg without any orienteering so that was nice to have a chat + company.

Note
(rest day)

Usually I go for a run because I like it and think it's good for me.
But I didn't want to today

Run -- Trail 20:00 [2]

With john and cherry

Run -- Trail 12:30 [2]

No wd

Orienteering 37:00 [5]

Day3 middle
Trying hard again (blowing hard even before no1) but blow a big chunk of time on the vague slope control
Still wasn't running fast enough anyway. Not understanding why because usually if I'm running that hard and not missing I would expect to be high in the results but winsplits show I wasn't doing any good anyhow

Day 2
Running hard and not missing but still well down in the results on people I didn't expect to be so far down on

Anyway focus on the process and hope it gets better

Oringen day 1

Technical first half and made two huge mistakes where I just kept failing to relocate.
Very simple second half and could see fredrik up ahead so pushed hard to catch him
