Round the golf course early this morning before temp goes way up, still felt hot and just was careful not to push after overheating last night, felt easy but still humidity got to me....roll on Summer???
Attempted a fartlek seesion this evening, manged 5x2mins and 1x1min before the heat got to me. Ended up cutting it about a mile short. Need to drink more liquid and if doing intervals either do them early or on a track where I can get a regular fluid intake
Golf Course run this morning and a bit better than yesterday, legs didnt feel as dead but feeling a bit of an upset stomach from to much Chinese food last night. Hopefully will be sorted in next couple of days!
