warm! Kept the pace below threshold the whole time so as not to overheat. Really nice to get out. Then went to see the space exhibit at the science museum which the boys loved. Solo parenting again for a few days so probably won't get much training done.

Shattered so stayed in bed a bit longer than I'd originally planned then headed out along the Manchester canal for a short one. Meeting at 8:30 so not much time!

3 day trip back to the UK for work.
Landed 5am yesterday and managed an hours sleep at mum and dads place (they are on holiday) before heading into work. Didn't get home until after 10pm.

Feeling absolutely shattered this morning but knew a short jog would help to enliven me so headed out along the top of Rivelin. Wish I could have done more but at least the calf survived well. I did lots of massage on the ankle which seems to have helped.
