Listened to marathon talk and watched the virtual runner in New Zealand which made it a bit more bearable. The best I can do at the moment with alex away. At least the gym has a kids club!
Half a day to myself and I'd hoped to run, but I haven't had much sleep recently and I was so exhausted I went to bed for a n hour instead. Frustrating but no doubt better for me in the long run.
