8 mins of jump squats/burpees/split squats/bear crawls
12 mins of mainly upper body circuit (45-15)
Sally up Sally down

Quads burning!! Arms already aching from yesterday so tomorrow will be tough...

2 hours of control taping with laura on loxley with Ali in the sling. Lovely afternoon for it :-)

PRO session with Dom. Tough as always. 5 x 5 mins where each set had a certain number of a particular exercise or two, followed by as many as possible in the remaining time. Killer. I am too competitive for this kind of circuit!
