Training Log Archive: rachael

With Mattie in the Ergo Baby, Alex, Andy and Katie and Isla. From the fox house along the top edge, packhorse bridge, carl wark and back across the stones. Lovely day and good company :-)

Along South Road to the end and back. Concentrating on core, but my pelvis/back needs a lot of work as quite tilted at the moment.

All with Mattie in the sling:
Down to Starbucks with alex, up to broomhill, down division street to town, back to the dept. jumped on a bus up to broomhill to meet mum and dad and hand over presents then walked home. Made the mistake of getting straight in the car to go to tesco - Mattie was hungry again and screamed the whole way round the supermarket :-( Fed him in the car park to quieten him down! Lesson learnt.

All with Mattie in the baby bjorn:
Over to broomhill to meet Alice for coffee, then down to the brocco for lunch with the NCT crew, round endcliffe park and back home again. Tired!

With Mattie in the baby bjorn and alex down to starbucks and back through the park. Such a nice day!

First jogette! Very happy to get out :-) Need to buy a new sports bra and core a bit sore, but other than that felt great!

Round the bottom reservoir at redmires with mum and Mattie in the baby bjorn. Really windy again! No time for more as had to get back for a delivery.

Along the top of Rivelin and back from the three merry lads with mum and dad and Mattie in the baby bjorn. Lovely evening and wind really calmed down. Mattie's first orienteering meet!
