loop on burbage, first 3/4 with alex and back along trod on my own whilst he ran home. They've felled loads of the trees in the valley already.
Absolutely gorgeous autumn day. I think autumn is my favourite month :-)

Run along the sea front. Crazy hot and humid despite it only being 7am. It's going to be tough getting any running done here! On the plus side the gym looks good and if the rain holds off the pool will be nice :-)
