Up the track with Alex as he warmed up then back on my own. Some stretching in the garden after. Been really good to have some days doing very little but relaxing in the countryside.

Up Urslja Gora from Ravnjak. I tried to follow the purple dot path but it didn't really exist anymore... One turn back then winged it and found some signs. Met alex on his way down (he was running) and he came up to the top with me. I can't believe they bothered to build a church at 1699m. It was pretty cool though and sat outside for some chocolate rice cakes :-) Didnt bother with the map on the way down and followed the markers instead. It's seems like in mainland Europe follow dots on trees is safer than believing the maps ;-)

Day 4. Best course yet! Some really good route choices today. Not sure I got them all right but it was really fun. and really HOT again! Took a gel today which was worth it but still cruised most of it. One mistake at 7 where I lost direction and a minute along with it but otherwise good. Ace course :(D)
