Redmires - conduit - bus stop - pole

Absolutely gorgeous. Perfectly still day so quite hazy but the light and colours were beautiful. For most of the run it was just me and the birds. Loving spring :-D

Shoes consigned to the bin after as huge hole worn through by the big toe. At least these ones made it to 300km (150km more than the last pair!). It's a shame as they're very comfy.

Good to be back on the (spin) bike :-) Bonkers Natalie who was on even more bonkers form than normal. Some good new music though and worked hard. Hip flexors are killing me now!

Staff-Student netball match. It was ace fun! Can't believe I haven't played netball for over 10 years... I was GA and we won 26-12 :-D Need to find some opportunities to play a bit more often.

Home to western park for drills. Only jonny was there so we did a short fast legs session (or at least he did a short fast legs session, I minced a bit then coached, legs not up to any more!). Ran most of the way up the hill after. Very tired legs.
