Compass Sport Cup at Guiscliffe - Womens Blue. SYO won :-D
Really enjoyed it. Lost time on the leg across the moor (bearing was way off, no idea why) and on the next one (just not reading the map properly) - probably about 2 mins in total - but other than that it was pretty clean. Ran quite hard at times as didn't want to be beaten! Great to be orienteering (and running hard) again. Body felt so much better than yesterday. The extra piece of toast is obviously the way forward...
Edit: looks like my bearing was spot on for the first half of the leg and then I went wondering. Still no idea why. Obviously not concentrating properly!

A (short and not at all) tipsy sportsman. Had planned to do more but after a ridiculous day of insane meetings, too much coffee and not enough food I was already feeling light headed after 15 mins so decided on the shortest option. Good to get out anyway :-)
