late morning but still before breakfast jog with Helen over to Regent's Park and back via Sainsburys for yummy breakfast supplies :-)

Yoga between the first and second breakfasts of the day. Warrior pose is still difficult, but then I haven't done yoga for 11 years...

Over to Columbia Rd for flower shopping, coffee drinking and cake eating, then back to mhairi's and down to kings cross.
Such a fab weekend :(D)
