stair run! Bottom to top of the Arts Tower in aid of British Heart Foundation. It wasn't as far as I thought it was and could have pushed a bit more. Next time I'll know how many floors there are at least :-)

oh my. Bit the bullet and went to Hallam Sparta Circuits. It was "speed week". The warm up included jogging, drills, and a whole load of burpees. Then it was 12 (?) exercises with 45s on 15s off. Pretty much all of the exercises were squat jumps of some description. Ouch. 2 mins break then 30s on, 5 s off. Ouch again. I was worst at pike jumps and getting over the box. Really tough by the end and I am almost certainly going to hurt tomorrow! Great fun though and really good to do a hard session again :-D
