model area. Gorgeous terrain, just moss on the floor and can see for miles :) sadly i wasn't feeling great, the tonsilitis seems to have taken quite a lot out of me. Just tired and no power. Fingers crossed I will be feeling better tomorrow...

SYO evening event on bowden housteads. Absolutely minging weather and went straight into the bushes which was like jumping in a cold shower. It's a great area and the course kept you thinking but I was feeling dreadful. Don't think hardcore physio half an hour before orienteering is a good idea as could still feel the pain in me. Went quite dizzy in the middle and crawled round most of it but picked up a bit towards the end.
