alex has tonsilitis and i'm exhausted from getting back from heathrow at 1am (no sleep, terrible taxi driver) and feel like i'm fighting something so a reluctant rest day.

bah. toe v painful all day, now on a weeks course of antibiotics for infection :(
Had planned to go x-training after the gp this evening but had to take the dressing off to show her and then it was ridiculously painful walking home so resigned myself to an evening of moping instead.

rest day after crazy weekend. Thought about going to gym for an easy spin but didn't finish writing tuesday morning's lecture until 11pm.
Got a good beating from Cass this evening. Lower back and hips tight in the usual places. He also had a go at my stuck left toe and had me screaming alot. Right toe also stuck but isn't looking very pretty (infection?) so he gave that one a miss.
