vast improvement on yesterday! been sleeping a lot and it seems to be working as felt so much better than yesterday. not tip top but better at least. Ran with alex through longshaw, into padley gorge then up over higger to burbage bridge. He left me and ran home and I headed back to the fox house via green lane. Feeling generally drained but not too bad at all considering yesterday.

total failure. Set off from home down towards hillsborough with alex but head felt like it was being squashed and really struggled to control my breathing so turned round and went home. stress isn't good for me.
