Three sprint courses round Nottingham University. Really good fun and great practice for next weekend. Given my last 2 weeks I was happy to just be able to run but was pretty pleased with the navigation too. Ran hard but not race pace but by the third I was knackered anyway! Didn't have much rest between the courses...
Ears much better today but need to remember to use the drops for another few days.

Finally I have enough time to do a real training session and my bloomin ears decide to go crazy. grrrrrrr. Went to Chemist and bought some drops so hopefully I will stop feeling dizzy and queasy soon.
