11 w/u, drills with steve and stu then run. really good technique tips. out to the lake with sarah and back with jules. Still feeling really tired and probably did too much as now coughing a lot :( need to stick up for myself even when people make me train!

20 w/u the some drills and strides then 4 x 1km with 1 mins jog in between. First one went fine but then back totally stiffened up on the 2nd and was in real pain. also seemed to stop me breathing properly so didn't go very well overall :( warm down after

36 mins of 40-20s but was late again due to first years who can't use computers (one guy today had never even opened an excel file before) so missed a couple of mins
