3 contour only loops on inshriach. no controls but so many contours you could always tell you were in the right place :) really good session to get in to the map

juggled my days round a bit as will be travelling all day tomorrow.
Long run with alex, phil and dave. plan was to run round derwent water but when we got to the far end they were fixing the bridge so we turned round and ran back along the allerdale ramble part way up cat bells. loverly :)
had to work hard at times to keep up with the boys. its been good for me this week working hard to run with the boys!

back along an amazing patth in the woods. hadn't planned to be quite this long/hard but was really enjoyable and feeling good :)

monday night run with the bristol boys. they were nice to me and cut it short from the usual round the rugby club epic. had to work a bit on the hills as didn't want to get dropped :) really enjoyed it! from tims across the bridge, round ashton court and back.
