2 x {8 x 55 kg squat, 1' plank, 1' single leg wobbles, (1')}
2 x {6 x 35kg cleans, 1' 6kg DB side bends, 1' single leg wobbles, (1')}
2 x {8 x 40kg SLDL, 15 x back hyperextension, 1' single leg squat, (1')}
2 x {6 x 2 x 16kg DB lunges, 12 x jck-knife, 1' 4kg sinle leg wobbles, (1')}
