feeling rubbish today. no strength at all and quite dizzy... maybe yesterday bought on the cold i'm fighting a bit... went down rivelin with alex but could only go at snails pace.

Running race (Leeds Relays) 14:06 [5] 2.08 mi (6:47 / mi)

first leg for the hallamshire second team. feeling really heavy legged and tired. was almost at the back after the first 200m but then passed 3 people. lungs burning a lot by the end! team ended up 10th and first team 4th - a good hallamshire showing (and well done to lizzie for running 2 legs and still being fast!) :)

middlewood hospital reps. 4 timed on first hill (40, 45, 50, 55) then one middle hill (1.32) then 4 distance on 3rd hill (1.01, 1.06, 1.13, 1.16)

hadn't planned to do the whole session but felt better than i thought i would so did...
