Percy Pud 10k.
Wow it’s a long time since I did a race and a really long time since I did a 10k!! It was really fun. Cold at the start which made it hard to move my legs fast and tired by the end which had the same result but somewhere in the middle felt ok. Surprisingly even splits. I would love to be faster but kids/work mean I haven’t really done any running let alone training. Before I do the next (not entered one yet) I should:
- train on roads sometimes
- actually just training would help
- maybe do some intervals again.
One day!
