Lovely run with Helen from Pilates via Dawsholme park and Waitrose and back to Mhairi's house. The river and park are beautiful, love the big old trees :-)

Boy I am going to ache tomorrow! It's soooo long since I climbed myself (as opposed to taking the boys climbing). I am so weak!! Really really fun. Need to take my dad to the works back in sheffield to keep this up. It will be good for my shoulders and upper back.
