lovely in the snow with Alex up at Redmires. The conduit was really nice as a fair few people had been along it. Then we cut left to head over to the reservoir and basically no one had been there - it was calf to thigh deep snow the whole way! Almost got stuck a few times due to being not as mobile as I used to be. Quite a relief to hit the road and nice all the way around the reservoirs. Hadn't expected to be doing snöpuls träning at 34 weeks pregnant but it was great fun :-D

Along south road and back through Bole Hill in the snow! Just had to get out this morning and loved the virgin snow bashing at the top of Bole Hill :-D South road was also very entertaining as it was total traffic chaos! I do love snow :(D)

Took a map and went for a run around Eccy woods. Stuck to the paths but fitted some small ones in as well as the big ones. Really nice run. Felt good for most of it, but the last 5 mins weren't as comfortable.

went down to do the park run but it was cancelled 2 mins before the start due to ice so went for a jog up the parks with Rach, Corinne and Elise instead. Did some sprints with Elise at the end helping her get good technique. Super slow but nice to get out :-D

SYO night street O "treasure hunt". Really fun and actually appreciated the stop/start nature for a change as running is becoming less comfortable! Some of the clues were really tricky to find answers to. Made friends with a group of stoned lads at one control who helped me find the answer :-)

Pregnancy yoga. It was mainly stretching rather than strengthy but still good. I think it would be dull in earlier pregnancy but should be good from now on. Session is actually 90 mins but there was a good 15 mins of sleeping/relaxing plus hot drinks after so I reckon only 45 mins counts!
