Down at Imperial presenting at ChemEngDayUK then on to Harrow for the next meeting. No time for training. Lots of networking and big wigging over dinner.

Glands not as swollen but still a bit of a sore throat so just walked up to circuits and demoed/told the others what to do.

A lot of running around organising vm relays and helping with ShAFF but nothing that actually qualifies as training. Survived on a cocktail of paracetamol and strepsils then went home and slept for 2.5 hours.

collecting controls then a short jog round hesley. Felt pretty rubbish by the end of the day, glands up and sore throat. Could have predicted this but still annoying. Need to sleep but first have to organise the relay...

wooo! skiived off the end of the afternoon for a ride in the peaks. perfect antidote to this weeks stress :-) took ages to get out of sheffield as we managed to leave at rush hour, but once we got past fulwood it was lovely. Stopped at our cow molly on the way back for ice cream.
Perfect birthday - run, coffee, lunch at the old house, cake, ride, ice cream, rajput curry :(D)
