Coaching Louise and the YHJS at Hugset. Disappointingly there were a lot of brambles and a huge new track down the middle of the area. Still a lot of fun and really enjoyed the shadowing. Interesting to see people making all the same mistakes I used to make! Lots of good learning going on though as well as some really good orienteering :-)

made the mistake of going to IKEA on a sunday. Normally I love IKEA but even I was losing the will to live by the end of it. By the time I got home I was so tired I slept for 2 hours!

British Middle Champs.
Really fun! Started well and held it together with good routes for the first half of the course. Got tired towards the end and a bit scrappy. 8th in the end I think.
Not a hope of retaining the trophy this year, but happy to be running and pretty good results for unfit and 13 weeks pregnant!
