Steady run - did not push too much as was feeling fluey at the start.

Overall a good run apart from last control where I lost contact and probably about 3 minutes. Race time 59:26 for 4.8 km and 85 m climb on green course. Vegetation tricky and I was a bit vague on two controls. Last control I simply lost concentration (not particularly fatigued) - concentrate to the end!!
