Fun course. First time O' at Interstate for me. Nice runnable forest.
Here is what I remember... we'll see how this compares with AP stats:
1 to 13 were straigtforward.
The long leg from 9 to 10 was more difficult than I expected, but still fun. My one fall was along here. My left foot slipped downslope under me on a mossy rock, and I went down on my left side. Left elbow and/or forarm might be bruised in the morning.
The detail on 14 and 15 gave me trouble. I lost some focus from that. Then found 17 before 16 -- pretty far off course.
17, 18, 19 I recall being straightfoward.
20 I overshot to the south, went way downhill to the big marsh. Big waste.
21 straightforward
22 I ran past once... just visually missed it.
23 np
24 OK,except going down the still rocky slope. The bottoms of my feet were burning at that point (expecting blisters morning after)
25, 26 OK

Mud Ball at Wirth Park. Due to ice and mud they cut the distance by half. Still a great day and run. Good to work my heart rate up if only for a few minutes.
