Run was fine. got well thrashed by Mike.

Maximum loss would probs be like 10 seconds on 13. couldve run straighter on 11. otherwise fine, just fitness where I lost time.

Disappointing on the long legs... and 12,13,14 particularly slow.

Hyped mike up too much for this race :P

Was really good, not sure how good our route was but got the win anyway. Didn't suffer as much as I thought I would. So that's a win :D

Cycling 23:00 [4] 9.45 km (24.7 kph)

Intervals around the neighbahood by the park.

about 7:40 for each of them and 3.15k.

and then a roll downhill back to the start, so about 2:20 rest.

Quads are tight!
