Really easy run with Elise, my oldest daughter. I needed something slow since I'm recovering from so many different things. Cold seems a bit better, Achilles isn't too noticeable, so maybe things are getting back on track.

Not really feeling up to snuff yet. Virus or something has got me down. But once I got out there, A neg split evolved. Didn't really push a lot. HR seemed unusually high. Probably due to the virus.

First run in quite a while. My right Achilles is giving me fits. Loosened up after 11', but then felt OK, though noticeable for the rest of the run. Feels good to at least run again.
