Inline blading tempo (Time Trial) 38:50 [4]

New Fastest Time!

19.23 with wind going north.
19.22 back.

Didn't fall over.
One nice comment from a walker.
three horns.
Two out the window comments/laughs.
Got much better on way back but really struggled into the wind.
Alot more physical than I expected. Actaully had the heart rate right up and was sweeting like a pimp the whole way. Didn't help that I had long gloves on incase I took a tumble.

Mountain Biking 3:30:00 [3]

An hour ride to meet Karyn at the bike park. Steady. Cruise with Karyn. Then raced her home (33min) from the bike park before it got dark. Wearing a pack feeling good.

First attempt. Difficult but didn't fall. Need alot of concentration and a better surface to start with.

Treking 4:30:00 [2]

Great Trek with Karyn from Port St Erin to Peel for fish and chips.

For treking I'm going to use the "intesity" to rate how heavy my pack is not how fast I've walked. Cos I reckon it's morie about time on my feet with a heavy load that's the most important.

Running - Off road 1:00:00 [4]

Feeling great, pushing hard. Amazing what 5 races and 3 days recovery can do to boost the system.
