L Knee did something odd part way thru run. Felt like something dislocated, medial, distal. Very painful, couldn't fully extend or bear full weight. Limped 50 m to a bench, put heel on bench, knee flexed about 60 degrees. Couldn't feel anything obvious. Straightened, tried to load, pain. Another round of prodding, nothing. Tried to straighten and no pain at all.
