tried the roclite 295's to see if the knee pain is shoe related. The brooks have 500+ miles and lots of hours on 'em. No difference. I think it's mechanical. I feel like I'm compensating for the left ankle by leaning slightly to the right. I noticed that if i push the pace to 7:30 i don't lean and I don't get the pain.
