Peninsula Marathon, ran with Stef till 32km then he backed off, I kept running alone into the wind (it wasn't as bad as it had been in the week).
Went ok till 37, then slowed to 4:30-35... legs just tired.

Easy run around the block towards Richards house, the legs are working!

Took the car to Simon's Town and cycled home, the wind was blowing so it was fast (for me that is) with a top speed, on the flat, of 55.5km/h. It was good to turn the legs over, now what will tomorrow hold.
