Winelands Marathon
Not unhappy with the time, but the legs are sore and I did slow a little more than needed, maybe my legs are tire from the week before. I hadn't planned on running that half. only wanted 15km with 5 at 3:50. But I was there for Dawn and I can't sit on the side and I had to run sub 80!!! So it could be or maybe 4 weeks isn't enough to run a fast marathon...
