Cycled from Home to Tokai to meet the guys, they ran and I cycled up Swanzwyk Rd and into the forest, up to the top Level and across to Silvermine (only had to push the bike for about 500m running to keep up with them.) from Silvermine I had to pop down the road while they took a single track across to the Wagon trail, I went down Ou Kaapse Weg and up the wagon trail to meet. through the Golf course and back on the Main Rd. perfect morning to be out.

3km on the track barefoot to test calf 4:15 3:55 3:53 it's getting better, Saturday week I have a big race...

CYCLED TO THE CUB AND BACK, HAD A TALKED TO GET TO, SO NO TIME TO RUN, STILL RESTING MY CALF
