With my calf not really wantng to run I popped on the bike in the afternoon and cycled down the Main Road just thinking about doing 20km, but the bike turned up Ou Kaapse weg, and the next think I knew was i was riding up...

Ran from C/Nek through Orange Kloof with Eddie. Over the fence and onto the path to Llandudno corner up and over the twelve Apostles to Kasteels then back to the cars over and Dam wall past the overseers hut and down the single track.

the run went ok and was feeling fun, but the calf didn't really want to be used, so it took the rest of the day off!!!!!

Ran from the club up on the gravel road to the block house went alright up the hill, all 9 minutes of it...
