Drove to the Nek and ran Table Mnt route:
up 30:34 around dams 23:45 down 23:16 then I ran back for Dawn 18:43

Warm up and Warm down to R/Mem for hills before training...

running hills 28:44 [5] 7.0 km (4:06 / km) +350m 3:17 / km

7 hills at R Mem, running with my pack:

Downs were between 1:39 and 1:55.

I've run a session like this before were I took the pack off for the last hill and was 25 sec faster without exra the weight.

Early morning hills 10 x top the top, and I guess it's about 35m climb. The first 5 were a bit slow, but the Hamstrings are a bit sore after Sundays race.

Easy run to lights down to river up onver bridge and back to the club. Through the garden and next to the river.
