Cape Town in the winter means lots of rain really wonder what is going to happen at the fan parks in weather like this... Never mind, we had a leak and I needed to be home to see to it, so I didn't run...

easy run to the Lights then stopped on the way back to do our "gym" session 11 x very short, very steep hill, with high knees and big arms

Cross Country race 3, after a 3rd and a 4th I had to be there to see if I could keep it up, think I was 4th. 2 loop 14:15 & 14:30 so I ran ok.

ran into the forest with the iam of running out at the end of jacks, but "they" had fenced off the exit!!! so we had to run on Jacks loop and exit at the foresty station. it's getting dark and we need to look after the boys in the dark...

Ran from home, things started well and with the 1st 2km at 4;30 I thought I would be picking up the tempo to close to 4, well that didn't happen... I went over Ladies Mile and down to Soetwater and followed Lion of Africa half route.

was going tp get up and run the half, but 05h30 was a bit early, and my nose had been running since Thursday, so with the weather been perfect I drove up the Silvermine and ran a bit of Fishermans:

from the carpark to Boys Drive 34:53 and back 40:10 slightly different route.

Milkwood half...

The Cape of Storms lived up to it'd name and the northwester gave a all hell on the run back to the finish. The km markers weren't put out... I did get a couple of splits off the road: 5km 19:18 10km 37:33 next 3 in 11:31 then we turned 4:12 18:08 for 4km !!! 12:29 for 3.1km down hill!!!
was 11th and 1st vet.
