Stringybark Creek, Jim Sawkins Race. Hard3. Ran OK, but a bit slippy and fell over 3 times (shoes?). The last one was a doozy, stepped on a log and slipped which propelled me down a slope face first till I hit a rock.
Was head2head with Cath and my sloppy technique and bad route choice were laid bare.
Cath won 16 of 24 legs, and two of the 8 I got were the runs from the start/to the finish. Garmin said I needed 64 hours to recover.

Sutton Criterium, 9th. Wasn't feeling the best (no montelukast today) and didn't get to the front until the bell. Attacked there and got a gap except with one guy sitting on. Got over all the hills and halfway down the finish straight before the bunch rolled past.
