Teering race (NSW Champs) 15:37 [5] 2.75 km (5:41 / km) +58m 5:08 / km
shoes: ASICS DS Racer

Pyrmont ("Sugar Rush") Sprint Champs, M55, 1st. Nice course in the city. Just a few hesitations and missed one route choice. A long way behind M16 Daniel Hill, lets put that down to 2 months of no training. Foot was fine again though, just a bit sore after. In fact the left foot is sorer - there is a sore point under the heel that started after the Allambie Heights event in June.

Sydney Uni. Putting out controls. Managed not to get taken for a zombie.
Dodgy back after moving boxes that were blocking the way between 5 and 6 (Womens Heat, Mens Final). Removal men helped a bit.
