A bit ambitious, paced the 1600m time trial (Caleb came in 4:27). Then did a workout 3x2000m which was quite tiring, legs still feeling the Half Marathon. Taking tomorrow pretty easy or completely off and will reevaluate. A lot of miles on the day.
