Long run. Target was 3 hours, but had a bit of chaffing around 2 hrs so slowed a bit. Picked it up for the last 30 mins, but did pause as I went through UC to refill my water and watch 5 mins of womens rugby 7s tournament in progress. Bumped into Peter on his long run somewhere in O'Connor so ran with him back to Lake G for a bit of company.

Parkrun at Ginninderra. Started at a nice tempo and tried to keep it going. Mary running her 150th Parkrun was nice too.

Walk with Mary around Lake G, plus detour to Office Works for photo printing. Right hip/glute a bit sore - see yesterday.

Warm up from home down to Lake G then 4 x 1km intervals at faster than 5k pace, with 2 min recovery. Last int up the slope to UC was hard.

Gym - strength and conditioning 50:00 [3]

Strength session at UC gym with Chris. Upped the weight a bit on bench press and lat pull downs. Think I may have strained right gluteous a bit doing single leg press on machine :(

Ride from Scrivner to Duffy to meet DRAG (Brad and Vern), then usual route back to LBG circuit, with usual coffee stop at 38 Espresso.

Longer mid-week run. Feeling ok but just taking it steady.

Strength class at UC. Working in groups of four - cycle through 4 exercises at each station twice.
