Longish run home from work. MaryMac had her e-bike in for some repairs (flat back tyre) so had the car and picked up my backpack so I could run home unencumbered.

From the ABShouse over to UC, then over Gossan, past Calvary to the top of Bruce Ridge then along the ridges to the end of North Lyneham. Then through parklands of Kaleen, Girralang, McKellar, Evatt, and Spence. It was fairly dark by the time I got home. My arthritic big toe was sore this evening - I blame the orienteering on Sunday.
