This was a very very very very slow run, legs feel great for getting out, still feeling tight from the weekend, stretching go on.

Orienteering race 1:37:00 [3]

Good clean run, wanted to run the whole course and got fairly close. Lost small time at 1, a couple of times uncertain into the control, drifted a little up to 6, small walk up to 12, drifted to far right to 15, but should have taken left route choice, lost some time at 20.
Fitness is returning, legs felt a little heavy from yesterday's training.

I won a split, that is crazy.

Ricky was motoring through the open, farmland sections.

Note

I over cooked it with training today...... but I had a good hit out for thursday night training at City Beach. Ricky went of into the distance after the first control, stayed with Cameron and Oliver, until we hit the toughest climb for the night and I dropped back significantly. Managed to bridge back up to Oliver (about five controls) then managed to bridge back up to Cameron, never really managed to get in front of him and he was also doing it fairly easy.

I'm starting to find I can push another gear when I need to, still a long way to go, I have also lost 2kg since the Yetar Spring event.
