Ontario Sprint Champs
Ugh. Not sure what was up but felt like I was running in molasses from the get go.
Warming up felt fine and can't blame running the long the day before cause I didn't do that.
To add insult to injury Kris posted me running up the finish chute like a hippo on the Orienteering Ontario instagram, while Meghan trolled me on the loudspeaker. A great day.
Hopefully it was just an off day and I'm not coming down with something.

Well, I'm a trash can. That was just maxi sloppy orienteering; there was a big 6-7 minute error on the ski hill, somehow misreading the runs and taking forever to relocate. Felt like I was always on the wrong side of the feature, overunning without seeing the flag and little hooks all over the place.
On the upside, amazing open forest and vibrant fall colours everywhere. A section late in the course it felt like the sun was setting with all the yellow everywhere
