11.10am: Sprint Scotland 3 Hallglen, Callendar Park and Falkirk - Course 5 MUV WSV 5.7k 40m climb.
Slow 1st control to get into map. Hallglen housing a complex little area. Clean until 7-8 and 8- 9 where lost focus and time. Got back until map for 10, then was almost going for 12 before 11. Misread 14 and took long way round, but mercifully it was a short leg.
Pretty clean run from then onwards and pushed.
Enjoyed the course a lot considering I am not necessarily a fan of housing estate orienteering.
