10.10am: 36 degF with a good breeze. Half marathon finishing up so went out a Kelly Dr, regatta going on, and back on west river drive. Did this 3x then down path to beyond South St bridge and back via skateboard park and the Parkway to 21st Street. Good to be out.

Nice sunny day, upper 30’s with a breee. Good to be out. Fun straight forward course, concentration good. Alas, I pulled my hamstring 2/3 of the way round so had to walk the last 1/3 which was a bummer.
